What are tokens and how are they used?▼
Tokens are the usage unit in Off-Nadir Delta. Browsing events on the Delta Watchfloor is free with no account, and panning the satellite map is free with a free account. Tokens pay for the deeper work — loading satellite tiles (1 token per 256×256 tile), area analysis, and Delta Agent intelligence briefs. Typical map viewing uses 20-50 tokens per session depending on zoom level and area covered.
What does a month of tokens get me?▼
As a rule of thumb, a Delta Agent question costs 5-45 tokens (billed by the actual work involved) and a typical map investigation runs 20-50 tokens. So every 1,000 tokens works out to roughly 25-60 Agent questions, or 20-50 map investigation sessions, or any mix of the two — multiply by your plan's monthly allocation to size up your month. These are typical ranges for guidance, not hard caps.
What can I do without spending tokens?▼
Plenty. Browsing the Delta Watchfloor — the daily global situational picture — and the Delta Signals event feed is free and does not require an account. Tokens are only consumed when you load satellite imagery tiles, run area analysis, or ask Delta Agent for an intelligence brief. Deeper layers like Sentinel-1 SAR and the full active-fires data layer on the map are part of the paid plans (the Watchfloor active-fire overlay is free to view).
What happens when I run out of tokens?▼
When your monthly token allocation is exhausted, satellite tile loading will be temporarily disabled until your next billing cycle. To continue right away, buy a one-time token package from your Billing & Tokens page or upgrade your plan — otherwise tokens reset automatically at the start of your next cycle.
Do tokens expire?▼
Your monthly plan allocation resets at the start of each billing cycle — unused monthly tokens do not roll over. Tokens from one-time packages are separate: they never reset monthly and stay valid for 365 days from purchase, so you can spend them at your own pace on top of your monthly allowance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?▼
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current cycle. Downgrades — whether switching to a lower-priced paid plan or moving to the Free plan — take effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep your current plan and tokens until then, with no refund for the remaining time.
Is there a free trial?▼
Yes. Try Starter or Pro free for 3 days, so you can explore SAR imagery, change detection, and monitoring before paying. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged. Prefer to start without a card? The Free plan is permanently free with a monthly token allocation.
Which plan is right for me, and when should I upgrade?▼
Start on Free to evaluate — browse world events, try Signals and the Agent, and read the daily brief. Move to Starter when you are doing ongoing OSINT research and monitoring a region or topic regularly, and want more tokens plus SAR imagery, change detection, and longer history. Choose Pro for commercial and production work: client-facing analysis, integrating the API and MCP server into your own systems, automated collection workflows, and the commercial-use license (Pro only). The practical signal to upgrade is running out of monthly tokens for the work you actually do, or needing a capability the tier below does not include — the API and MCP server themselves are available on every plan, so the paid difference is depth (imagery, history, overlays), scale (tokens), and commercial licensing, not access.

Can I cancel my subscription?▼

What is the difference between Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2?▼
Sentinel-1 provides SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) imagery that works through clouds and at night, ideal for flood mapping and disaster response. Sentinel-2 provides optical imagery with 10m resolution, best for vegetation analysis and land cover mapping.
Is commercial use allowed?▼
A commercial-use license is included with the Pro plan. The Free and Starter plans are for personal, educational, and evaluation use only — upgrade to Pro for business use, client deliverables, or paid distribution.
