How quickly will I get a reply?

We usually reply within a couple of business days (Japan Standard Time). Billing and account issues are prioritized. Off-Nadir Delta is built and operated by an independent lab, so you are writing directly to the people who run the platform — not a ticket queue.

What should I include in a technical support request?

The email address of your account, what you were trying to do (for example, which layer, area, and date), what happened instead, and your browser. A screenshot helps. For imagery questions, the approximate location and acquisition date let us reproduce the exact scene.

I have a billing or token question — do I need to write in?

Check the Pricing page and Token Guide first; they cover plans, token costs per action, and how monthly resets work. For refunds, see the Refund Policy. If something on your invoice or balance still looks wrong, contact us with your account email and we will check the records.

Do you offer API access or partnerships?

Yes. The Event Intelligence API and MCP server are available on every plan, including Free — the only gate is your token balance; see the API Reference for endpoints and authentication. For integrations, data partnerships, or media inquiries, choose "Partnership & business" as the subject.

Can I request a new data source or feature?

Please do — a large share of the platform, from new satellite data sources to monitoring features, has been prioritized from user requests. Describe the use case rather than only the feature; it helps us design the right solution.

Do you support Japanese?

Yes. The interface is in English, but support is available in both English and Japanese (日本語でのお問い合わせも歓迎です).
